Related to drug reduction, my comment is that it was not created by a drug users in the world wide, that some of the drug users was mislead by the rulings of the Government issue notice, because the increase of getting transmitted diseases like HIV/HCV throughout the country or state like Manipur (India) that the governtment mislead the users such as sharing of needles i.e., the defence forces are not aware of these diseases that while buing of disposable syringes that has to be buy from a pharmacy shop, that the police catch them while buying the said needles, the use of needles was shared due to the fearness of the drug user and so they shared the needles, hence so the creation of these diseases will spread out.
